Restaurant General Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of a Taco Bell restaurant as the Restaurant General Manager, working with Assistant and Shift Managers to hire, train, and develop staff, and to maintain high product quality and customer service. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, performance reviews, and enforcing cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Address HR issues, manage payroll coordination with the home office, drive profitability through P&L accountability, and take an entrepreneurial ownership approach to restaurant management. Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for both Team Members and customers while resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
