Job Summary
Operate the entire restaurant by establishing the tone of the work environment and customer hospitality. Lead the team by finding, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, and creating individual training plans. Manage daily functions including scheduling and deploying staff, addressing performance issues, resolving customer complaints, and overseeing the restaurant budget and financial plans. Handle physical duties such as sweeping floors, mopping, dusting shelves, lifting up to 50 lbs, and cleaning the parking lot and grounds. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility, and must be at least 21 years old.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background check criteria
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
