Job Summary
Oversee all restaurant operations for a Taco Bell franchisee, ensuring adherence to quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards (CHAMPS) and the Taco Bell LAST system. Manage staffing, budgets, inventory, and employee training; conduct performance reviews; ensure adherence to safety policies; deliver excellent customer satisfaction; quickly prepare orders to specification and maintain high-quality dining room and back-of-house operations. Requires high school education or equivalent, food service experience, valid driver's license, vehicle access, liability insurance, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills to direct staff and interact with customers. Job training typically 1–2 years under general supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- comprehensive understanding of restaurant management
- prior food service experience
- valid Drive License
- access to a vehicle
- current liability insurance in your name
- home or cellular telephone (or obtain one within three weeks)
