Job Summary
Lead and develop the restaurant leadership team (including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, and support staff) to deliver refined, personalized guest experiences; oversee daily operations, reservations, service flow, and problem resolution; manage revenue, costs, labor, and profit targets; partner with People & Culture on full-cycle recruiting, training, scheduling, and retention; support visa programs (e.g., J1, H2B) and local talent pipelines; collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution, specials, and seasonal offerings; ensure health, safety, and brand standards compliance; promotional activities and partnerships with resort marketing and catering; ensure inventory controls and accurate reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant (luxury resort/hotel experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, wine/beverage programs, POS systems (e.g., Delphi, Toast, or similar)
- Experience in driving financial results, guest service excellence, and team leadership
