Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager role leading Burger King locations: drive restaurant performance, lead and develop team to deliver fast, friendly service, recruit and retain talent, manage guest feedback, schedule staff to meet labor goals, uphold safety and brand standards, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment while achieving sales and profitability targets. Requires 2+ years of Quick Service/Fast Casual management, ServSafe certification, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurant management experience
- Experience managing restaurant financials and P&L performance
- Current ServSafe Food Safety certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
