Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for leading Burger King locations, driving sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and develop team members; recruit and retain top talent; manage labor to meet goals; ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment; uphold brand standards and execute initiatives. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of quick service/fast casual restaurant management, P&L experience, ServSafe certification, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Location: Okatie, SC.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurant management experience
- Experience managing restaurant financials and P&L performance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Current ServSafe Food Safety certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
