Job Summary
Lead the management team and crew by coaching, developing staff, and fostering a culture rooted in Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour. Deliver memorable Quick Experience Restaurant interactions by ensuring every customer moment reflects our commitment to experience over transaction. Own business performance by leading the restaurant's P&L, driving sales growth, and delivering strong profitability while maintaining safe, legal, and compliant daily operations. This full-time, permanent role includes a 45-hour per week contract with a competitive salary and performance bonus structure. You will embody Live Mas values to create an environment of recognition, engagement, and fun within our Mexican-inspired brand focused on creating moments that make people's day better.
