Job Summary
Lead the opening of a new QDOBA in Troy by creating a culture of high employee retention, interviewing and hiring team members, and training staff on food safety and company procedures. Maximize store sales goals versus budget through marketing programs and catering sales while managing food and labor costs. Maintain fast, accurate service, model restaurant hospitality, and ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness. Anticipate problems and initiate corrective action to execute company policies effectively.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years QSR experience
- 2+ years in a leadership position
