Job Summary
Direct daily restaurant operations as the Restaurant General Manager for the Fulenwider KFC/Taco Bell family, directing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring adherence to company standards across product preparation, guest relations, inventory, scheduling, staffing, and safety. Responsible for controlling labor and product costs, maintaining Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality, recruiting, training, and motivating hourly staff, and managing OSHA/health and safety compliance. Demonstrates strong guest service, communication, and team-building skills; analyzes business performance with basic math/accounting concepts and uses cash-control techniques. Requires high school diploma or GED (degree preferred) and 1-4 years of supervisory experience in food or retail with P&L responsibility. The position involves lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 90 lbs, and standing for periods as part of standard restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- College or University Degree preferred
- 1-4 years supervisory experience in either a food or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility
