Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for directing daily restaurant operations at Fulenwider Enterprises (KFC/Taco Bell). Oversees guest relations, product preparation, inventory management, team management, and adherence to safety and company standards. Ensures quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality, manages labor and product costs to meet targets, recruits and develops hourly staff, administers reports and cash controls, and maintains a safe work environment while delivering exceptional guest service. Requires supervisory experience in food or retail, strong communication and analytical skills, and a background in basic business math and accounting. High School Diploma or GED is preferred; College or University Degree is preferred.
