Job Summary
Hire, manage, and direct 20-30 associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Drive food safety compliance and store operations while leading a team through an 8-week leadership training program. Work a flexible schedule including weekends within a 50-mile radius of the store, serving customers in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. This role supports Panda's mission as the largest family-owned American Chinese restaurant concept, offering paid training, mentorship, and a culture of family values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safely certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand up to four hours
- Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations
