Job Summary
Manage all restaurant operations including driving sales and profitability while ensuring high guest satisfaction through excellent service and standards. Provide direction, training, and coaching to hourly and salaried team members while demonstrating O'Charley's values of Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics. Run the full operations manager and Managing Partner capacity by overseeing all restaurant managers, back-of-house kitchen teams, and front-of-house service staff. This senior restaurant leader role includes P&L and Operating Partner responsibilities within O'Charley's full-service casual dining chain.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- 2+ years of General Manager or Fast Track to General Manager experience
- A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
- Experience managing and training hourly and salaried team members
Desired Qualifications
- P&L Knowledge preferred
