Job Summary
As Burger King's Restaurant General Manager, you are the executive leader responsible for driving profitability by owning the restaurant P&L, elevating the guest experience, and developing a high-performing team. You will supervise and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members, hire and train staff, manage labor and costs, ensure food safety and brand standards, and collaborate with the District Manager on performance, local marketing, and operational initiatives to achieve sales growth and guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and culture, with opportunities for leadership development and career growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience with operational and/or financial responsibilities
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 18 years of age or older
