Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager at SONIC Drive-In oversees daily operations to deliver quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment and lead a team to provide a SuperSONIC experience. Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising, directing and developing staff; managing a profit and loss statement; resolving employee concerns; setting expectations and providing feedback; maintaining a positive, energetic shift atmosphere; using metrics to evaluate performance and drive sales; ensuring safety and sanitation compliance; and adapting to irregular hours. Requires prior management experience (restaurant/retail preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, willingness to work nights/weekends/holidays, and an Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

- Prior management experience; restaurant or retail industry highly preferred (subject to franchise discretion)
