Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations as a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchisee. Oversee people, business, and daily operations; build and inspire a team; drive customer satisfaction and profitability; coach and develop staff; manage budgets and training programs; ensure quality standards and ServSafe practices (certification preferred). This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, budgeting, and analytics to optimize performance in a fast-paced quick-service environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
- Preferred ServSafe Certification (assistance and education provided if not certified)
