Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for people, business, and overall operations of the restaurant; leads and inspires the team to create an environment where employees love to work and customers love to visit. Requires minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry; ServSafe certification preferred. You'll oversee training (including a solid 6 weeks upon hire), coaching, budget management, business analytics, and development opportunities while promoting from within. The role emphasizes leadership, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and a strong culture of teamwork in a fast-paced, franchisee-owned Taco Bell setting.
