Job Summary
Lead the restaurant as a fast-paced, people-first General Manager, driving operations, people development, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. Build and inspire a team, manage daily coaching and feedback, oversee budgets and training programs, ensure food safety and quality, and promote a culture of internal advancement within a franchisee-led Mexican-inspired quick service restaurant. Responsibilities include selecting and developing staff, ensuring high standards of customer experience, coordinating with vendors, and implementing performance metrics to sustain growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
