Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations as the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) responsible for people, business, and overall operations of the restaurant. Build and inspire a team, creating an environment where employees love to work and customers love to visit. Responsible for coaching and developing staff, managing budgets, training, and ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability within a Taco Bell franchise location in Brookshire, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
- Preferred: ServSafe Certification- Assistance and education is provided if not certified
