Lead and oversee all restaurant operations as the Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchisee. Drive people leadership, guest satisfaction, and business performance through building a high-performing team, delivering training and coaching, managing budgets, ensuring food safety and quality, and executing strategic initiatives to maximize profitability. Responsible for daily coaching, performance feedback, operations execution, talent development, and fostering a positive, fast-paced environment that aligns with franchise standards and company culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
  • Preferred ServSafe Certification (education provided if not certified)
