Own restaurant success metrics and lead the team to reach goals while driving friendly guest interactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring fresh meals. Grow and mentor the KFC family through training, development, and onboarding new hires. Lead communications of team goals, promotions, and business updates to foster a positive, collaborative environment. Partner with other Restaurant General Managers and Area Leaders to grow the business forward. Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
