Job Summary
Pre-open the new contemporary sports restaurant at JA The Resort, Jebel Ali, and manage its ongoing operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Forbes standards. Build and coach a passionate multicultural team, drive revenue and profitability through commercial expertise, and oversee budgets, forecasting, and inventory. Partner with culinary and resort leadership to elevate the concept and create innovative promotions that foster a valued workplace culture. Lead the launch of this exciting dining destination within one of Dubai's most iconic hospitality brands.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within luxury hospitality
- A strong background in sports-themed venues, sports bars, premium casual dining, or high-energy restaurant concepts
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills
- Commercial expertise with a strong understanding of P&L management and revenue growth
- Experience leading successful restaurant openings and building high-performing teams
