Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager in Training responsible for profitability, guest experience, people, and operations. Leads payroll/P&L oversight, drives sales through guest service and local marketing initiatives, recruits and trains staff, ensures brand and operational standards, and coaches team members to raise performance. Oversees scheduling and labor optimization, on-boards new hires, and collaborates with the District Manager to manage daily restaurant activities and guest issues while maintaining a clean, welcoming facility.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles
