Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, leading a team to ensure excellent guest service and adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff; managing restaurant finances; ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations; and implementing marketing strategies. A minimum of three years of restaurant management experience and a high school diploma are required, along with food safety certification. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
