Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, managing financial controllables, maintaining guest satisfaction, overseeing operational compliance, and implementing marketing programs. Successful candidates should have a minimum of three years of restaurant management experience with proven P&L responsibility, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. Food safety certification and reliable transportation are also required.
