Job Summary
As a General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant, leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while owning staffing, scheduling, inventory, and P&L. You’ll drive performance, build a high-performing team, execute brand initiatives, and ensure compliance and safety in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll lead from the front, develop future leaders, and shape a culture of accountability and hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Strong business acumen (labor, inventory, P&L)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- High energy, urgency, and accountability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, and operations management
