Job Summary
As a General Manager, you are responsible for making pleasured dining affordable by ensuring operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained in the restaurant; lead the Co-worker team to achieve outstanding guest service, food quality, and financial results; drive a Caring Culture and provide opportunities for professional and personal growth through Golden Corral's management training program. You will oversee restaurant operations, train and motivate staff, and uphold standards to deliver a consistently excellent dining experience. Strong leadership, operational oversight, and a focus on guest satisfaction are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
- Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
