Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager oversees daily restaurant operations at the Knoxville, TN location, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality while managing labor and product costs, inventory, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, and supervision; scheduling; cash controls and reporting; maintaining menu item availability; engaging with guests to enhance guest relations; implementing company marketing efforts; and enforcing OSHA and local health/safety codes. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-building ability, basic business math and accounting, and proficiency with computers. High school diploma or GED is preferred and a college degree is also preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; College or University Degree preferred
- 1-4 years supervisory experience in either a food or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility
