Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory management, and brand compliance. Recruit, train, and develop team members while leading by example to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Drive sales and profitability by managing costs, inventory, and waste control, and analyze financial statements to improve business performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and food handling standards, and develop succession plans to support internal promotions. Address challenges using problem-solving skills to create an efficient, high-energy work environment. Requires 5 years of management experience, ability to work 45+ hours weekly including nights and weekends, and strong financial acumen.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years management experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
- Understanding of budgets, P&L statements, and business metrics
- Passion for delivering top-tier guest service
- Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- Capability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Comfort with modern POS systems and operational software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Travel required for training
