Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the successful operation of a Fazoli’s Restaurant, focusing on people management, sales growth, and profitability. Requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to maintain a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years previous General Manager experience
- Successful completion of all required Fazoli’s training and certifications including SERV Safe
- Availability to work all hours of restaurant operations
- Flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants
- Clear routine and periodic background, motor vehicle report and reference checking processes
Desired Qualifications
- Fast-casual/quick service experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
