Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager accountable for restaurant operations, focusing on attracting talent, driving sales, and maximizing profitability while maintaining high operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years previous General Manager experience (external candidates)
- 1+ years of experience as a Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager (internal candidates)
- Complete all required Fazoli’s training and certifications including SERV Safe.
Desired Qualifications
- Fast-casual/quick service experience preferred

- Must be available to work all hours of restaurant operations
