Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall operational and fiscal effectiveness of the restaurant. Key responsibilities include developing a strong management team, ensuring compliance with company and government regulations, managing financial controllables, maintaining food safety standards, and executing marketing programs. A focus on people development, employee relations, customer satisfaction, and operational compliance is essential. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, significant restaurant management experience, and possess food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- Ability to manage all shifts without supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance

- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
