Job Summary
Manage the entire restaurant operation, ensuring all activities follow brand standards and maintaining a million-dollar business. Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction by empowering the team for effective guest recovery and enforcing service and cleanliness requirements per the Ops manual. Oversee product ordering, new menu execution, marketing materials, and quality control while conducting daily and weekly inventory counts. Directly supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and all crew members, coaching, disciplining, and recruiting personnel to maintain a fully staffed unit. Implement sales growth plans, control costs for labor and food, and ensure safety protocols are followed for guests and staff. Report incidents immediately and maintain accurate personnel files and company assets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant management
- Ability to effectively speak, read and write in English
- ServSafe Certification is required

- Second language is a plus
