Job Summary
Lead a dedicated team to deliver great guest experiences and drive profitable sales while maintaining Dunkin' Donuts standards. Conduct daily operations to ensure overall excellence and assist the General Manager in executing company initiatives. Foster a positive team environment through teaching and leadership. Work various shifts across weekdays and weekends with reliable transportation. Requires one or more years of experience in restaurant management, assistant general manager, or shift lead roles. Full-time opportunity with franchisee employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends
- Must have 1 or more years of experience
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
