Job Summary
Lead operational excellence and maintain Dunkin' Donuts standards by developing a dedicated team that delivers great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales. Be a great teacher and leader to help create a positive team environment while assisting the General Manager to ensure the success of company initiatives. Work various shifts per week, including weekdays and weekends, with reliable transportation. Full-time opportunity with a salary of $19+ to $23.00 per hour. Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, assistant general manager, crew lead, or shift lead is important.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends
- Must have 1 or more years of experience
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation

- Prior experience as a resturant general manager, resturant management, assistant general manager, gm, agm, crew lead, shift lead, supervisor
- Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands: restaurant general manager, restaurant management, assistant general manager, gm, agm, crew lead, shift lead, supervisor at Dunkin, krispy kreme, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger
- Dunkin Donuts experience / Coffee Shop / QSR Experience
