Manage the first Pure Grit vegan BBQ restaurant in New York City by actively participating in front-of-house and kitchen operations alongside your team. Develop and lead diverse staff while driving sales through creative merchandising tactics and inspirational campaigns. Utilize metrics and trends to make data-driven business decisions, ensuring adherence to established people, sales, and profit processes. Motivate your team within a collaborative environment that values open communication.
