Job Summary
Conduct daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and manage purchasing, inventory, and financial aspects of the department. Survey local demand, analyze competitors, and partner with culinary leadership to position the outlet and maximize financial performance. Oversee marketing plans, social media, and public relations while maintaining sanitation standards and compliance with all laws and regulations. Assist servers and hosts during peak periods, address guest complaints, and lead talent management activities including hiring, training, and performance coaching.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
