Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the award-winning brasserie, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence. Partner with the Assistant Restaurant General Manager and Bar Manager to develop initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, drive team engagement, and maximize revenue. Maintain strong collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams while proactively gathering guest feedback to implement continuous improvements. Drive service excellence through regular training, coaching, and performance briefings to uphold brand standards. Build a positive, high-performing workplace culture while inspiring the team to achieve business objectives. Requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a busy environment with fluency in English and French strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of leading large teams in restaurants, kitchens and bars
- 2+ years' experience in a similar restaurant management role in a busy, bustling environment
- Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Great communicator – both verbally and written
- Great listener
