Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by managing time, staff scheduling, and product quality while upholding company standards. Build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, and coaching teams to maintain high guest service and safety. Exercise business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, and inventory management to drive performance. This role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds in an environment with flashing lights and loud noise. Applicants must be at least 21 years old with four years of restaurant experience or a proven track record as a CEC Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for full execution of running quality shifts and driving sales/performance for a restaurant
- proven track record as a CEC Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and Team members

- College degree is preferred
