Job Summary
As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at Burger King®, you will lead the restaurant team, driving sales and profit while ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing P&L, analyzing performance, making business decisions, and enhancing guest satisfaction. You will oversee hiring, training, and development, fostering a high-performing culture. Required qualifications include at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to guest experience. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
