Job Summary
As Restaurant General Manager, lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, people development, and brand standards. Drive guest experience and operational excellence by managing P&L, staffing, scheduling, training, onboarding, and coaching a team of managers and crew to deliver high-quality, efficient service and meet business objectives. Oversee recruitment, performance coaching, employee recognition, and local marketing initiatives to grow the guest base and sustain strong results.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles
