Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for profitability, guest experience, people development, and day-to-day restaurant operations. Manages P&L, drives sales through guest service and effective operations, leads recruitment and onboarding of staff, supervises scheduling and labor optimization, ensures compliance with regulations and brand standards, and performs duties of the Assistant Manager/Shift Coordinator when needed. Requires strong leadership, guest-service orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications

- 2 years of college preferred
