Job Summary
Review P&L to increase profitability and drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management. Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility. Manage the guest experience through operations, timely response to issues, and root-cause analysis of feedback systems. Lead recruitment and selection to build and retain an effective team, including onboarding new members through certification training. Provide coaching and feedback to increase team capabilities, manage labor using optimal staffing and scheduling, and ensure brand standards are upheld. Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles
