Job Summary
Executive leader of a single BURGER KING® restaurant responsible for profitability, guest experience, people, and operations. Manages the daily restaurant operations under the District Manager, including a team of 20-45 employees (Assistant Manager, Hourly Shift Coordinators, Team Members). Drives profitability through P&L oversight, guest service excellence, staff development, and efficient operations; recruits and onboards team members, coaches performance, and ensures scheduling and labor optimization. Maintains compliance with government regulations and brand standards, and participates in local community engagement and local marketing initiatives. Requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and flexibility to cover long/irregular shifts as needed. Posted via Workstream.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
