Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a Burger King restaurant as Restaurant General Manager (RGM), focusing on profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. Lead a team including an Assistant Manager, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members; review P&L to drive profitability; drive sales through proactive guest service and efficient operations; recruit, onboard, coach, and recognize staff; manage scheduling and labor to optimize performance; uphold brand standards and execute local marketing initiatives; engage with the community to attract guests; address guest feedback with root-cause analyses and action plans; perform duties of the Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles
