Job Summary

Executive leader responsible for the daily restaurant operations, profitability, guest experience, people development, and compliance for a Burger King restaurant in Sioux City. Drives profitability by managing the P&L, leads guest service and operations, recruits and trains staff, schedules labor, enforces brand standards and government regulations, and engages with the local community through marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, coaching and recognizing staff, ensuring adherence to operational and brand standards, managing labor and scheduling, and stepping in to perform Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator duties as needed. Requires 18+ years old, HS Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred), 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
