Job Summary
Lead restaurant performance by driving sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence; recruit, coach, and develop team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service; build a positive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued, motivated, and recognized; manage scheduling and staffing to meet business demands while maintaining labor goals; uphold safety, cleanliness, and Burger King brand standards; address guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns quickly; ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and execute key initiatives to drive results.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum of 2 years Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurant management experience
- Experience managing restaurant financials and P&L performance
- Current ServSafe Food Safety certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
