Required Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience

  • Understanding of P & L analysis, cash controls, labor analysis, yields and calculating food costs
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with complex issues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts and times of day

Desired Qualifications
