Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager responsible for the daily operations and profitability of a single BURGER KING location in Elgin, IL. Leads profitability through P&L oversight, drives guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service, and manages people and operations including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards. Oversees a team of 20-45 employees (Assistant Manager, Hourly Shift Coordinators, Team Members) and performs duties of leadership, scheduling, and regulatory compliance while engaging with local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
