Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager to own a Sterling, VA location, leading a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew; oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, food safety, and facility upkeep; drive profitability by managing labor and costs, using data to improve performance, and executing local marketing; deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service while maintaining brand standards and compliance; responsible for coaching and developing leaders, building a positive culture, and ensuring a safe, compliant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
