Job Summary
General Manager at Sonic Drive-In responsible for leading a fast-paced restaurant team, overseeing operations, staff supervision, budgeting, inventory control, and ensuring health, safety, and brand standards. Drives customer service excellence, trains and develops employees, analyzes financial data to improve profitability, and ensures compliance with local/state/federal regulations. Requires strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making across shifts, including weekends and evenings. This role is full-time and on-site at the Villa Park, IL location.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the fast-food or restaurant industry.
